About Us

A lively event with colorful lights and dancing guests. — South San Francisco Elks Lodge #2091
A lively event with colorful lights and dancing guests.

On any given Tuesday evening, the parking lot at 920 Stonegate Drive fills up fast. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., and for $22 you get a full hot dinner that regulars will tell you beats most sit-down restaurants in the area. That's not an accident. The kitchen here takes pride in what comes out of it, and the staff, including longtime bartender Terry, makes sure everyone feels like they've been coming here for years, even on their first visit.

The lodge has earned its 4.6-star reputation one event at a time. Families have trusted SSF Elks Lodge #2091 with celebrations of life, milestone reunions, and private luncheons that demand more than a banquet hall can offer. When 90 former classmates danced the night away at a 50-year high school reunion here, it wasn't because the room was big enough. It was because the food was right, the bar was efficient, and the whole evening felt personal.

Event coordinator Vanessa handles the planning side with a straightforwardness that relieved clients consistently mention in reviews. You describe what you need, she helps you get there, and on the day itself the staff shows up ready. That combination, good food, genuine service, and a team that actually communicates, is rarer than it should be.

What We Offer

Tuesday Public Dinners run every week from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and are open to everyone, member or not. For $22 per person you get a full hot meal prepared in-house, and the bar stays open afterward for anyone who wants to extend the evening with a cocktail in good company.

For private events, the lodge accommodates celebrations of life, retirement parties, class reunions, holiday gatherings, and milestone birthdays. The venue seats groups large enough for a 90-person reunion and intimate enough for a family luncheon. Full catering, bar service, and on-site coordination through Vanessa are available, so you're not stitching together vendors from three different places.

Membership in BPOE Lodge #2091 opens additional access to lodge events, community programs, and the Elks' national network of charitable initiatives. Whether you're attending your first Tuesday dinner or planning a private event for this fall, the process starts with a single phone call or message to the lodge.
